Norwegian A2 Level Online Courses for Upper Beginners

• • Participate in everyday conversations on familiar topics (hobbies, your background, shopping, eating out) with improved fluency and confidence. You’ll be able to both ask and answer questions in Norwegian, and carry on a basic dialogue (NORSKKURS NIVÅ A1-A2 – Språkkafe – Find your local language cafe).
  • Talk about past and future events – for instance, tell a story about what you did yesterday, or discuss your plans for the weekend – using correct past tense (preteritum) and future expressions.
  • Expand your vocabulary to include common topics like weather, travel, work, family, and feelings. You’ll learn to express simple opinions, needs, and preferences in Norwegian.
  • Apply more Norwegian grammar: mastering the past tense of verbs, definite forms of nouns, adjective agreement (e.g. et stort hus, den store boka), and using connectors like “because” (fordi) to give reasons.
  • Improve listening comprehension – understanding Norwegian speakers in common scenarios (ordering food, simple phone conversations, small talk) when they speak at a moderate pace.
  • Write longer texts such as short letters or emails (e.g. describing your experience in Norway or inviting a friend to an event), with better sentence structure and coherence.
